Policies and Procedures

Come enjoy SoCal’s largest clothing option gay men’s resort! We strive to make your accommodations at CCBC Resort Hotel second to none. When you leave, we want the experience you had make you a regular visitor. We ask our guests to abide by the rules listed below during your stay.

Due to recent guest interactions, some of these policies may be new to you. We ask your understanding and cooperation as Guest Safety is always important to us.

Rates, Taxes, and Gratuities

Rates are subject to change. See our booking site(s) for prevailing rates. State/Local taxes and Resort Fees apply. Gratuities are not included unless otherwise specified.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Please feel free to ask us about accommodating an earlier arrival or a later departure. Earlier arrival or later departures are subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.

Deposits

First day rate, plus tax and fees. Holiday and Event Weekends the Full Stay will be Charged as a Deposit. Some 3rd party sites, events and other reservations may require a larger deposit up to the entire stay to be charged at time of reservation. There are no refunds under any circumstance.

A guaranteed reservation assures you of a room. All reservations made through the website must be guaranteed to a major credit card.

Cancellations

There are NO Refunds.

Reservations cancelled 14 days or more in prior to arrival, the deposit will be held and applied to a future reservation up to one year from the original arrival date. If cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

Additional Guests

All guests must be registered at the time of check in by providing a valid government issued ID and valid credit card. Registered guests are permitted to have ONLY THE NUMBER OF GUESTS LISTED for their particular room type in their room. NO OUTSIDE UNREGISTERED GUESTS are permitted on the property.

Guests of a REGISTERED GUEST, who are not registered to the room will be required to purchase a Day Pass and are subject to prevailing Day Pass rules & regs.

Wrist Bands

All room occupants are required to wear wrist bands provided by the resort to enter. If you don’t have a band on you will be required to show your ID each time you enter the front door. This is for the safety of all guests and employees of CCBC.

Day Passes

Because CCBC Resort Hotel provides a “Registered Guests Only” adult resort environment, no persons who are not registered will be permitted on property. Those who wish to visit the resort on a Day Pass will be required to register by providing a valid government issued ID. Pre-registration is available online.

Passes, unless otherwise noted, must be purchased at the Front Desk.

For SOME Special Events/Weekends, Day Passes may be sold exclusively on Eventbrite and/or our website.

Day Passes offer certain privileges but do not include overnight stays or use. Day Passes are subject to the prevailing hours, capacity limits and other restrictions as posted on our website. No outside food and alcohol for day passes, except from Runway.

Adults Only

All guests must be 21+ yrs

Common Areas | Music

Personal Music in the common areas is prohibited.

BBQs & Fire-pits

NOT allowed at any time.

Smoking

There is no smoking allowed indoors. We ask that our smoking guests avoid disturbing others and dispose of their cigarettes in the trays provided outdoors in designated smoking areas only.

In addition, there is no smoking allowed on the back walk.

Pets

All dogs must have current vaccinations. Arrangements must be made in advance. Dogs may never be left alone in rooms. Guests must promptly clean up after their dog. Dogs are not permitted in any indoor common area. All Pets must be on Leash.

Pet Fee applies and all pet owners are required to sign a waiver.

Service dogs are permitted as per Federal/State/Local regulations.

Parking

Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the Resort or on the streets around the resort.

Electric Car parking – please only park in these spaces while charging your car.

Day Pass guests must always drink responsibly. For the safety of staff and guests, guests who over-indulge and exhibit unacceptable behavior are subject to removal and/or being banned from the property. No refunds will be issued for guests who must be removed by the authorities due to behavior.

Substance Abuse & Illegal Activity on Resort Property

CCBC Resort Hotel has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for substance abuse and illegal activity. Guests who are found to be abusing illicit drugs or engaging in any illegal activity will be:

Asked to leave the property immediately & will forfeit their deposit + all incurred charges, up to and including property damage, will be due and payable upon check-out.
If the offending guest does not leave voluntarily, they will be removed from the premises by law enforcement & banned from the property.
