  • Where can I purchase a Pass?
    Passes can be purchased at the Front Desk. For some events, Passes may be sold online. See individual events for more info.
  • How long are passes good for?
    Passes are subject to the prevailing hours. No guest may stay for longer than (8) hours at a time or (12) in any one day.
  • Do I need ID to enter?
    Yes! Current Valid Government Issued Photo ID is required. Must be 21+ years of age Additional Verification may be required.
  • What does it mean that I need to "pre-register"?
    By pre-registering, pass guests will save time upon arrival as they will already be in the system. Pre-registering does not guarantee admittance and is in no way to be construed as having purchased a pass.
  • What is CCBC's Substance Abuse Policy?
    CCBC Resort Hotel has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for substance abuse and illegal activity. Those who violate this policy may be removed and/or banned from the property without refund.
  • How many drinks from Runway may I bring into the Resort?
    Food & Beverage purchased at Runway Bar & Restaurant with no more than (2) drinks per person at a time is allowed. Please Drink Responsibly
  • What can Pass Holders bring into the Resort?
    · Clear Bags Only: 14” x 14” x 6” Clear Tote OR 3 gal. plastic storage bag. · Small personal size ice chest: Up to 16 qt or 15” x 11” x 15” • *No glass · No alcohol Exception: Items which have been purchased at Runway · All bags are subject to screening.
  • What items are prohibited?*
    o Alcohol (unless purchased at Runway. (2) max) o Animals (except service animals) o Any items deemed dangerous, hazardous, or inappropriate, at management's sole discretion o Unauthorized banners, signs, propaganda materials, fliers or handbills o Beach balls or inflatable devices (balloons) o Beverages and Food, Beverage containers, cans, thermoses, glass receptacles, and cups (unless purchased at Runway) o Bicycles, tricycles, and unicycles of any type o Bulky items such as folding chairs etc. o Empty, transparent, reusable plastic water bottles up to and including 1 liter are permitted, whether purchased onsite or not o Cameras and Binoculars – No cameras permitted. Camcorders/Filming equipment prohibited, unless pre-approved by Management. Tripods o Drones/unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) are also prohibited o Firearms, knives, blades, scissors/tools, electronic stunning devices, or weapons of any kind, including replica firearms and edged weapons o Fireworks, explosives, ammunition, flares, or pyrotechnics of any kind o Frisbees and other similar items o Illegal substances, drugs, and drug paraphernalia o Laptop computers and laptop sleeves o Permanent marker pens, Spray paint o Laser lights and pointers o Liquids of any type o Luggage or suitcases o Mace / pepper spray / chemical irritants o Motorbike helmets o Motorized scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, or other self-propelled items (unless medically necessary and approved by Management), Scooters, skateboards, or roller skates o Musical instruments and other devices capable of causing a disturbance or nuisance such as speakers) o Noisemakers (mechanical or electronic), horns, sirens, whistles, Pom poms, shakers with stick handles, Smoke canisters o Poles, sticks, selfie sticks, missile-like objects of any kind o Transmitting devices *Some, in fact most of these prohibited items also apply to room guests. *Room guests may bring luggage/suitcases, laptops, outside food & beverage and in some cases, items approved by Management.
  • Do you have towels & lockers?
    CCBC has towels and lockers available for a nominal fee. Please see the front desk for more info.
  • How much are towels &/or lockers?
    Towels $10 each Lockers Rental $10 each Towel + Locker = $18 both *Pricing subject to change without prior notice
  • Can I be nude outside of the Resort?
    No. Nudity outside of the Resort grounds is strictly prohibited. This includes in Runway and the Runway Patio.
  • Can I bring friends into the Resort if I am a room guest?
    Yes however, CCBC Resort Hotel provides a “Registered Guests Only” adult resort environment. Room guests may either: • Register their guest at the time of Check-in. • Have their guest register and purchase a pass at prevailing rates. Those who wish to visit the resort for the first time will be required to register and sign our house waiver.
  • Can I stay overnight on a multi-day pass?
    Passes do not include overnight stays regardless of the event or point of purchase.
  • Can I play my own music in the common areas?
    No. For the comfort of all guests, personal music in the common areas is prohibited.
  • Are all amenities open 24/7/365?
    Some indoor and/or outdoor areas may be subject to periodic closures for cleaning and/or renovations. See Front Desk for additional info.
  • What else do I need to know about CCBC Passes?
